6. 健康、安全及法律上的知識

另WSET基礎級程度考試 (可選擇性參與) 費用：HK$500

(包括WSET提供的考試卷及簽發國際認可的證書)

簽發證書的要求：

需在 45分鐘內完成 30條選擇題（要答對21條或以上）

完成食物與葡萄酒的配合練習

完成品酒筆記組合

(Include Exam Paper and Certificate issued by WSET)

Certificate Award Requirement :

Answer a multiple choice paper of 30 questions within 45 minutes (Minimum of 21 questions correct to pass the exam)

A food and wine matching exercise

A portfolio of tasting notes
